The engineering company “NefteChemEngineering” was founded in 2007 and created by a group of professionals on the basis of the Ufa scientific school of oil refining, one of the strongest since the USSR period.

Subsequently, the team was strengthened by project management specialists with experience in international EPC contractors, as well as in the project teams of JSC Atomstroyexport, the world leader in the construction of nuclear power plants, with experience in managing complex projects up to $10 billion.
